Tomyam Ayam!

hehehe..

it's been like 3 days since my last beauty sleep. lately i've been walking around with dark almost black circle around my eyes. tapi pedih mata ni yg aku tak tahan. plus the throbbing headache. i've been purifying myself from any sort of medication for the past 4 months. trying to let the body defense mechanism working by itself. hehe..

nyways, i made tomyam the other day. lupa laks nak upload pic.



Bahan2 nyer adalah :

1. Air
2. Rencah tomyam adabi (1/2 jer)
3. ayam potong (dlm 250 gm kot?)
4. bawang besar (potong bulat)
5. daun limau purut (buang badan dia, nanti pahit) x 5 helai
6. serai (ketuk2.. dalam 4-5 batang)
7. tomato (potong 4, sebiji)
8. bunga kobis (ikut suka le, potong kecik)
9. carrot (ikut suka gaks, potong le apa2 cara pon)
10. cendawan putih (yum2..)
11. cili padi (kalau ikut hati segenggam, tapi dalam 15 tangkai pon best. taktik aku adalah masukkan dlu cili padi tu, agak2 dah masak, kasik angkat n lenyek2, pehtu masukkan balik, pedas dia.. nalaaaaaaa!!)
12. lemon (1 biji, kalau x suka rasa zinggggggg lemon, pakai le limau nipis)

Cara2nya :

senang gilers ok.. kasik campak masuk seme2 tu ikut suka. sayuran2 towards the end tamo lecur sangats.

and the results? hehehe.. excellent food! makan begitu ajer, takyah nasik pon xpe.

nyways, happy cooking. (right, cam ada pon org ikut resepi aku pon kan)

Mari Memasak Bersama Cik Caja



Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan :

A. Untuk topping

1. 1 paket ayam/daging cincang. 1 paket as in ramly nye ayam cincang ok? defrost it.
2. 2 biji bawang besar. kasik potong dadu
3. 1 tin cendawan butang. potong dadu gaks.
4. 1 botol spaghetti sauce. up to u lar, prego nye sedap tapi mahal, kimball nye not bad actually, and cheap. the small bottle je ek.
5. 1 biji capcicum. i prefer the hijau ones. tapi kalau korang nak meriah ala2 sambutan deepavali kat chow kit, campor2 le yg kuning ngan merah tu skali ek.
6. Herbs. Basically basil, oregano, thyme and parsley. tetapi, kalau rerasa cam nak best lagi, gi carik masterfood nye spaghetti bolagnese (camne eja la?) nye herbs. dalam tu macam2 ada. brapa byk? not too little, not too much. nanti overkill nyeh. hehe..
7. Perisa's. Garam, gula dan black pepper. sama jugak, few dashes and cubitans. but gula less than 1 cubitan actually. dah le kurang gula dah skrang. eheh.. sikit ajer ok?
8. cheese. i prefer mozarella. tetapi sejak dua menjak rega cheese naik kat giant, aku hapuskan le hasrat tu. so i bought cheddar cheese kraft nye, but taleh byk2, sbb nanti muak makan byk2 cheddar cheese ni ok.
9. minyaks untuk menggoreng. tamo byk2, nanti berminyaks.

B. Untuk 'crust'

1. 2 loafs french bread. roti panjang kat bakeri tu le, yg keras leh pukul kepala org. hehe..
2. 1 block of butter. (block ek?) biarkan ke suhu bilik.
3. 4-5 biji bawang putih. kasik basuh, kupas kulit ngan penyekkan cam jamie oliver buat tu.
4. 2 tablespoon of olive oil. kalau xde pon xpe.. saje je gatal nak masuk sbb mende tu ada depan aku tadik.
5. Garam to taste. and pepper kalau nak ek.

Cara-Caranya:

1. Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan bawang sehingga naik bau. Janganler gatal nak bergayut kat tepon time goreng bawang ni, nanti hangus. isk isk..

2. Pehtu, masukkan daging ayam yg telah defrost tadik. it may look a bit dry, tapi jgn tambah minyak or air sbb air dari ayam tu akan kuar sat2 gik.. kasik kaco sampai le ayam tu 90% masak.

3. Campakkan cendawan dan capcicum yg telah dipotong tadi. Kacau2..

4. This is quite an important part. The amount of herbs and perasa's (salt, sugar & pepper) must be enough and adequate. why at this stage? sbb.. before masukkan the sauce, the ayam must.. must have the 'rasa' already. nanti lepas masuk sauce dah leceh dah. aprende? Syok siut masa ni. aku suka gila bau herbs whilst cooking. yummm

5. pehtu, kalau korang tepikan mende2 dlm kuali tu, tengah2 tu ada air ayam kan kan? kasik masuk itu tomato sauce lar. kasik didih sikit, pehtu kacau le seme2 tu skali.

6. Pehtu kasik rasa sikit. kalau time ni salt tak cukup, ada sikit problem le, so awal2 tadi tu kene prektis ok?

7. pi kasik sejuk kejap and move on to the 'crust' part.

8. Camporkan butter, bawang putih, olive oil, salt, pepper. kasik kacau2 le sampai sebati.

9. Potong roti tadi ikut suka korang. aku nye first loaf aku potong sendeng2.. apa ek? diagonally. the second loaf aku potong lurus2 je.

10. sapu the mixed butter kat one side of the bread yg dah potong tu.

11. ada kuali non stick? haaaaaaa.. letak bread side yg ada butter to the heat, sampai naik bau sikit, kasik angkat. tapi baik2 ok.. tadi aku telah termasak jari telunjuk aku.. hehe..

12. pehtu.. susun le roti tu elok2, letak topping sikit2 atas roti tu, tapi jgn byk2 ok. nanti terbobos ke bawah. hehe. pehtu kasik potong itu cheese slice, susun atas topping tu.

13. masukkan dlm oven/microwave for 2 minutes ajer.

14. kasik makan la. tapi baik2 wooo.. panassssssss.. hehe..

penat ok nak hiris daun pandan banyak nak buat bunga rampai.

tapi weddingnye best. penat la tapi. jumpa sedara-mara. sampai ada yang aku lupa nama. hehehe..

pengantin sempoi gile.
